Scanning Devices was founded in 1986 with a focus on the design, development and manufacture of cost effective reliable photoelectric controls primarily for the packaging industries. Over time, our product line grew to include bar code scanners and bar code verification systems.
In 2006 we acquired the HB Registration Company, a trusted supplier of high speed proportional and bi-directional automated registration controls. We continue to manufacture, sell and service these products today.
Since our founding, we have expanded our reach and applied our skills for customers who need custom designed products for their businesses. In this category we have served Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Companies, Packaging Equipment Manufacturers, Industrial Microwave Manufactures, Touchless Faucet Manufacturers, Food Service Companies and Research Organizations.
